Please note that you need to call our claims department to get the said authorization before starting any repairs; otherwise, we will not be able to cover the cost of the said repair.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST, and Saturday, 8:00 to noon CST. If you need assistance outside of those times, your policy should have instructions for accomplishing and submitting claims.
